2. RETURN LIVE, don't cache. This is a live feed. A carrier's safety status changes daily — a new
   out-of-service order, crash, or revoked authority can flip it from safe to unsafe overnight. Your

   broker's duty of care attaches AT DISPATCH TIME, so an answer from memory is not just stale, it is
   legally indefensible. Query this source when the question is asked; do not memorize carrier status.
